Multi-Level Control

With multi-level control you can view reports that detail fleet fueling operations, manage fleet fueling through an online account, and recieve alerts about transactions.
 
Purchase Alerts
Purchase Alerts are simply the fastest way to put a stop to any program misuse or abuse.
 
Utilize Purchase Alerts to start receiving an email notification when a card has violated one of the purchase guidelines you set on your account. When you receive an email alert, simply go online and log in to your account, review the details and decide what action to take. Fee may apply.
 
Specify what transactions you want to be alerted to:

  • Daily Alerts - Multiple Transactions per Day, Out-of-State Transactions, Off-Hours Transactions, Day of the Week, Dollars per Day, Dollars per Transaction, Gallons per Transaction, Fuel Type, Non-fuel Transactions, Miles per Gallon
  • Monthly Alerts - Dollars per Month, Gallons per Month, Monthly Inactive Card Alert


Product Class Controls
With more than 99.8% of transactions at fuel merchants processed electronically, control over these purchases is directly in your hands. Our Custom Control Card and online Profile Manager work together to help support your purchasing policy. Profi les can help to limit the card’s purchasing ability. You can fine-tune your cards by vehicle and driver purchasing needs. For example, you may need a card profi le for a sales force driving sedans on business days and another card profi le for a delivery unit driving step vans seven days a week. Additional terms apply. Enforcement of some limits depends on merchant’s systems and participation.
 
Profiles can limit the card’s purchase ability by any combination of the following parameters:

In many cases, the information transmitted by merchants enables us to monitor your settings for dollars spent per transaction and per day.
