Kum & Go Opens New Store in Omaha, Neb. 3,400-square-foot store offers customers quality products, superior service (West Des Moines, Iowa — March 14, 2008) Kum & Go, L.C., one of the nation’s leading convenience store chains, is proud to announce that its new store in Omaha, Neb., is open for business. The 3,400-square-foot store took just over four months to construct and is located at 2627 South HWS Cleveland Blvd. A tenant will fill the adjacent 1,200-square-feet of building space in the near future. “We are thrilled to offer another Kum & Go location for the residents of Omaha and surrounding areas,” said Kyle Krause, Kum & Go president and CEO. “Kum & Go provides superior service on top of offering a large selection of quality products. We are excited to continue to build relationships with businesses and patrons within the community.” The new store features 20 fueling stations, offering unleaded, super unleaded, premium, diesel and E85 fuels. E85 is an alternative motor fuel mixture of about 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. It is an environmental-friendly fuel that can only be used in flex-fuel vehicles with engines modified to accept higher concentrations of ethanol. Kum & Go has offered E85 since 1997 and currently offers E85 at 28 of its stores located across 12 states. In addition to offering quality gasoline, Kum & Go stores feature a wide selection of food and beverage products, including Java Ridge Premium Coffee, Napa Creek and Sea Ridge wines, Go Fresh Market Sandwiches, Nuclear energy drinks and Nutri2O nutraceutical waters. The Iowa-based company also offers potato chips, bottled water, cookies and candy under the well-known Hiland brand name in its stores.
