Kum & Go Opens Another Owasso, Okla., Location 3,400-square-foot store offers customers quality products, superior service (West Des Moines, Iowa — April 1, 2008) Kum & Go, L.C., one of the nation’s leading convenience store chains, is proud to announce that its new store in Owasso, Okla., is open for business. The 3,400-square-foot store took just over four months to construct and is located at 14505 E. 86th St. A future tenant will fill the available 1,700-square-feet of building space adjoining the store. “We’re ecstatic to offer our fourth store to the residents of Owasso,” said Kyle Krause, Kum & Go president and CEO. “We have built great relationships with businesses and patrons within the community and hope to continue that partnership. We appreciate the business Owasso has given us, and we will continue to provide superior service in addition to offering a large selection of quality products.” The new store features 16 conventional fueling stations, offering unleaded, mid-grade, premium and diesel fuels. E-85 fuel will also be offered at four of the fueling stations. This is the first convenience store in Owasso to offer the alternative motor fuel option. E85 is a fuel mixture of about 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline. It is an environmentally friendly fuel that can only be used in flex-fuel vehicles with engines modified to accept higher concentrations of ethanol. Kum & Go has offered E85 since 1997 and currently offers E85 at 29 of its stores located across 12 states. In addition to offering quality gasoline, Kum & Go stores feature a wide selection of food and beverage products, including Java Ridge Premium Coffee, Go Fresh Market Sandwiches, Nuclear energy drinks and Nutri2o nutraceutical waters.
