W-2 Information

If you would like to sign up to receive a paper copy of your 2009 W-2, follow these steps any time between now and the end of 2009:

  • Login to the Electronic Pay Stub website.
  • Click on: “Sign up to stop receiving paper statement” this will apply only to the W-2.
  • Click the option next to the W-2 – “I want a paper copy”.

 

2008 W-2s are now available!

 

For Current Kum & Go Associates:
Your W-2 will be electronically posted in the same location as your electronic paystub. The e-W2 can be printed from any computer.
 
Login instructions for electronic  paystubs and W-2s:

  • Internally – go to the Links section on One Point and click Electronic Pay Stub (same place as paystubs)
  • Externally – from any computer with internet access:
  1. Go to www.kumandgo.com
  2. Mouse over the “More” tab
  3. Then click on “For Associates”
  4. Click on "Electronic Pay Stub" in the left hand navigation
  5. Enter your Login and Password
  6. Look for the search section for your W-2, make sure it is set to 2008

 

For Previous Kum & Go Associates (calendar year 2008) :
Your Login and Password will be changed back to the default:

  • Your login is your social security number without dashes.    For example:  123456789
  • Password is your birthday month/day/year with slashes.     For example:   01/01/84

 

Your W-2s and paystubs are available electronically 24 hours a day for 3 years, so you won't misplace them and they can't get lost in the mail!
