Do I need to attach my resume?

If you are applying for a store position you do not need to upload a resume. However, for corporate positions, a resume is required to submit an application.

How do I get my resume or LinkedIn profile to fill out my application?

At the beginning of the application, there are two icons that ask you to “upload resume” or “LinkedIn Profile”. Click the appropriate icon to upload your resume or sign in to LinkedIn. Once you have done so, many of the application fields will populate with your information.

How long will this application take me?

We recommend that you allow 30-45 minutes to complete the application and the required assessments.

How do I fill out the education section if I do not have my high school diploma or GED?

If you have not received a High School Diploma or GED, please fill in your school’s information and mark “No” for diploma received.

I do not have any work experience and the application requires one entry for employment history, what do I do?

If you do not have any work history, you may put any job such as babysitting or lawn mowing or you may put “N/A” in all required fields.

I have applied to Kum & Go before, but my email won’t work for returning applicant.

The Store Support Center is our Corporate Headquarters which is located in West Des Moines, Iowa.

What kind of benefits does Kum & Go offer?

Kum & Go offers a number of benefits to our associates.

How do I update my candidate information?

If you have already completed the application, you may update your candidate information (employment history, address, phone number, etc.) To update your personal information, you need to sign in as a returning applicant.

How do I apply for multiple jobs?

You may only apply for one Kum & Go job at a time. However, after you have finished the application for a position, you may go back and apply for another one without filling out another application. You are required to answer a few pre-screen questions for each position you apply to.

How do I search for a position?

To search for a position, enter you Zip code and the amount of miles you are willing to travel.

What if I logged out before taking the assessment?

You should receive an email with a link to the assessment. If not please call (515) 226-0128 and ask for Grow People. They will be able to send you a link to the assessment.
