Career Path for Store Associates

Sales Associate

  • Sales Associates are the first point of contact for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver industry leading customer service and complete daily tasks that impact store operations. Duties include; following SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure), providing quick and friendly customer service, displaying a positive attitude, encouraging teamwork, promoting food service and special sales, merchandising product, maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.

Food Service Associate

  • Food Service Associates are key members of the team in providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Food Service Associate, you will deliver industry leading customer service and complete daily tasks that impact store operations. Duties include; following SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure), preparing food items, providing quick and friendly customer service, displaying a positive attitude, encouraging teamwork, promoting food service and special sales, product presentation, and maintaining cleanliness inside the kitchen.

Overnight Sales Associate

  • Overnight Sales Associates hold a significant role in overall store success. This position may work 10 hour shifts to create an improved work/life balance. These essential responsibilities include preparing the store for the bulk of business, therefore, setting up other shifts for success.Duties include; following SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure), providing quick and friendly customer service, displaying a positive attitude, encouraging teamwork, promoting food service and special sales, merchandising product, maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.

Sales Manager

  • Sales Managers are an integral piece of the store team. They manage the store team in absence of the General Manager. Sales Managers have a solid understanding of all aspects of the store, from inventory management to merchandising. Sales Managers typically complete a 40 hour workweek and are hourly associates.  Duties include; engaging the team, training on store operations, providing leadership, creating a positive work culture, attitude, and promoting teamwork. Sales Managers assist in managing P&L, controllable costs, asset protection, coaching, and development. The majority General Managers started their careers with us in a Sales Manager position.

Food Service Manager

  • Food Service Managers are an integral piece of the store team. Food Service Managers have a solid understanding of all aspects of the store. Food Service Managers are responsible for; food quality, sanitation, safety, preparation, production, and presentation, in conjunction with controlling costs, growing gross margin and sales goals. Leadership responsibilities also include; recruitment and development of staff, creating a positive work culture and promoting teamwork. Numerous General Managers started their careers with us in a Food Manager position. Food Service Managers typically complete a 40 hour workweek and are hourly associates.

General Manager

  • As a General Manager, you’ll work within the store to keep the team organized, motivated and well informed. General Managers ensure all aspects of the store operate efficiently and they own the entire customer experience. Ownership includes; operational execution, profit and loss, inventory, merchandising, quality assurance, risk management, talent recruitment and development. General Managers typically complete a 50 hour work week and are full time salaried leaders.

General Manager Trainee (GMT) Program

  • This 8 week program offers leadership preparation within our stores. This comprehensive program allows our candidates to gain valuable experience through working with different facets of the business.

District Supervisor

  • As a District Supervisor, you’ll oversee 12 – 16 stores within a given region. Motivation, leadership, and operational excellence are key as you guide each store’s team of associates to be the best.
