When you care about doing something right, you revel in every step. Kum & Go coffee walks a long road of quality before it’s ready for our stores—and for you. We inspect each aspect of the coffee from the product itself to the exporters and importers who will deliver them.
It’s all part of the process.
Before we’re ready to harvest, we need to make sure we’re using the right beans. Each step requires samples that are placed against rigorous standards and specifications. Beans that don’t live up, don’t get shipped out.
Now that we have the perfect batch of beans, we start blending, roasting or grinding them, releasing the full potential of their tremendous flavor.
Even this close to the finish line, we’re still obsessed with quality control. Samples are taken of the roasted beans and checked against our last set of standards and specifications. We electronically catalog every batch so we can continue to raise the bar for better beans.
