- Please note, we cannot register for you because we collect personal information.
- You must have an email address or Facebook account to enroll in the program.
- Once you have an email address and/or Facebook account set up, please visit: https://rewards.kumandgo.com/signup-landing
- If you join using Facebook, your information will be transferred from your Facebook account. If you sign up using Facebook, please always choose “Sign in with Facebook” on future visits.
- If you choose to Join &Rewards with Email, you’ll be asked to enter:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Zip Code
- Loyalty Card Number (If you have one you picked up at a store earlier. It is not necessary to have a physical card to use the program.)
- “I forgot to scan my &Rewards app/swipe my &Rewards card and want to get my points”
- Please email a photo or scan of your receipt to email@example.com along with your name, phone number and &Rewards card number. We will issue you your points and send a confirmation email to your address.
- We cannot issue points without a receipt.
- “I registered on your website, but haven’t received the email yet”
- Check your Spam filter.
- If the email has not arrived within 10 minutes of clicking the link, and it’s not in your Spam filter, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- “I tried to change my password, but when I click submit, nothing happens”
- Please refresh your browser and log in with your new password
