&Rewards Program
To make things easier to calculate we updated what our &Rewards points are worth.
1 point = 1 penny. It’s as easy as that.
(Prior to this change points used to be worth 4/10ths of a penny and we’re therefore much harder to calculate.)
We’ve now updated everyone’s point totals so the conversion would be less complex.
Please be assured the overall value remains the same and with this adjustment we are able to offer more rewards.
There are two easy ways to join the &Rewards program:
Download the Kum & Go mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.The app will create a digital &Rewards Card to scan in the store (and you can always use your phone number too.)
OR
Once you sign up for &Rewards, you will immediately earn a free fountain drink, up to an XL.
As an &Rewards member, you will also be able to:
- Earn one (1) &Rewards point per $.01 spent in stores as well as one (1) &Rewards point for every gallon of fuel purchased.
- Redeem &Rewards points for in store purchases, beginning with 250 points (a monetary value of $2.50).
- Enjoy four exclusive in-app Weekly Deals
- Enjoy free product every week on Freebie Friday
- Gain access and earn bonus entries to Kum & Go’s sweepstakes.
- Earn Punch-It punches and get every 11th item free on:

You can find active Kum & Go sweepstakes in the Kum & Go app. The app will direct you to the landing page of the active sweepstakes where you can enter to win.
To convert, you will need at least 250 points, which equals $2.50 in &Rewards Cash. Points can be converted in the Kum & Go app. You will need to convert points to cash prior to making a purchase with &Rewards Cash in stores. You are not able to convert points for use at fuel pumps.
&Rewards Cash cannot be used on excluded items, such as alcohol or tobacco products, lottery, etc. However, if you purchase excluded items in the same transaction as a non-excluded, your &Rewards Cash can still be put toward your purchase of those non-excluded items.
Example: You are purchasing a pack of cigarettes and fountain drink at the same time. Your &Rewards Cash can still be applied toward the fountain drink.

&Rewards Cash cannot be used to cover taxes, bottle deposits, bag fees, etc.
Example: You have enough &Rewards points to cover a purchase of $16.02, with $1.02 of the $16.02 being tax. The $1.02 in tax would not be covered by your &Rewards points.

Every &Rewards points you earn lasts 365 days.
&Rewards Cash must be used within 30 days of trading in your points. The same goes for &Fuel discounts.

You can delete your &Rewards account in the app by opening the sidebar and tapping "EDIT ACCOUNT".
Then, tap "DELETE ACCOUNT" at the bottom of the screen.

Physical cards will soon be phased out, but you can access your digital &Rewards card in the Kum & Go app or enter your phone number at checkout/the fuel pump.
Protecting your privacy is important to Kum & Go. Please review Kum & Go’s Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information.
If you’ve completed the &Rewards enrollment process and aren’t receiving emails from us, first check your &Rewards profile to make sure your email address is correct. If your email address is current, try checking your spam folder and ensure you’re allowing messages to get through to your inbox.
It’s possible that your account was inactive for over 365 days before we transitioned over to the new &Rewards program in the summer of 2023. This caused your login credentials to become invalid. To reactivate your account, call our Customer Service team at 1-800-789-4455.
Every &Rewards offer is personalized. We use information you choose to share with us along with your purchase history to create more offers for items you like and surprise you along the way!
Yes, you must be at least 16 years old to join &Rewards.
We’ll have to learn more about your specific situation to understand what might have happened. If you believe you did not receive the correct amount of points, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-789-4455.
If your fuel discount did not apply to your fuel transaction, call Customer Service at 1-800-789-4455 or contact us via email at [email protected]. Please have your receipt ready.
You will earn points based on the total dollars spent on qualifying items or the number of gallons purchased. If your &Rewards Cash covers the total amount of your transaction, then you will not earn points on that purchase.
You do not have to use all of your &Rewards points on one transaction. You will have the option to choose how many you want to redeem.
Every &Rewards points you earn lasts 365 days.
We don’t currently offer the ability to transfer rewards to family members.
If you forget your smartphone, you can still earn and redeem rewards with the phone number registered to your account. Just tell the Kum & Go Team Member during checkout that you’d like to use your phone number instead and you will be able to enter it on the PIN pad.
If you are outside purchasing fuel, there will be a "Phone #" choice on the screen. Choose that option on the pump enter your phone number on the following screen. This option is available at most locations but does vary by location and pump type.
Purchases made at participating Kum & Go stores by registered Kum & Go &Rewards members will be eligible to earn points, excluding these items: alcohol, lottery, milk (in Missouri and North Dakota only), coupon redemptions, money orders, gift cards (including Kum & Go gift cards), pre-paid cards (i.e. Vanilla Visa, NetSpend, etc), postage, applicable taxes, and any other items prohibited by applicable law.
Adventure Club and &Rewards
Your &Rewards account will remain open but be sure to use your &Rewards Points before your local Kum & Go locations close to rebrand and open as Maverik stores. Rebranding in our Utah stores is complete, and the rebranding process is currently scheduled to take place in our Wyoming stores between 8/18/2024 and 9/24/2024.
If you already have a Maverik Adventure Club or Nitro account, you’re good to go!
If you do NOT have an existing Maverik Adventure Club or Nitro account, you've automatically been enrolled in Maverik’s standard rewards program, the Adventure Club, using the phone number associated with your Kum & Go &Rewards account. We've loaded your new account with 500 Trail Points and copied over your Punch-It progress so you have this in both locations!
Here are a few important things to remember for now:
- Your phone number will work at both Maverik and Kum & Go, but their rewards programs are separate.
- You'll need to create a new Adventure Club password via the Maverik app or maverik.com using the phone number associated with your &Rewards account.
- Once your new password is set, you can earn Adventure Club rewards for in-store and at-the-pump transactions at any Maverik location by entering your phone number.
- Your &Rewards account is still accessible, and your password for that won't change. You can still use your account at any open Kum & Go store locations in other areas.
- &Rewards Points, Rewards and Cash from your &Rewards account will NOT transfer to Adventure Club Trail Points for use at your newly rebranded Maverik store. Be sure to use them up at your local Kum & Go stores prior to the rebranding or plan to use them at Kum & Go locations in other areas.
Kum & Go locations will begin the rebrand process starting 2/4/2024 in Colorado Springs and all Kum & Go locations in Colorado will reopen as Maverik locations by August 2024. &Rewards benefits and offers will not transfer to Maverik’s Adventure Club. You will be able to enter your phone number and earn rewards at any Kum & Go store location. To start earning rewards with Maverik, download the Maverik Rewards app and create an Adventure Club account.
Your &Rewards account will still be there, and you will be able to enter your phone number and earn rewards at any open Kum & Go store location. To start also earning rewards with Maverik, download the Maverik Rewards app and create an Adventure Club account.
The &Rewards debit card is no longer accepting new users. If you already have an &Rewards debit card, you can continue to use this at any Kum & Go branded location. The &Rewards debit card will not be valid at Maverik locations.
If you would like to close your &Rewards debit card, you will need to call Zipline customer service at 1- 800-614-8792.
There are several benefits of Adventure Club membership. Here is a full list of rewards:

The Nitro Card is an ACH debit card, connected to your bank account. Becoming a Nitro cardholder also upgrades your Adventure Club status, so you can enjoy these upgraded benefits:
- Save 10 cents or more per gallon of fuel with Nitro BestPrice
- Earn 4 Trail Points per dollar for every in-store purchase (excluding alcohol, gift cards and lottery) and 1 Trail Point per gallon of fuel
- Enjoy $1 XL Fountain Drinks every day
- Enjoy $1 hot beverages every day of any size up to a large
&Rewards Debit Card
The gray &Rewards Debit Card includes all of the great features of the regular &Rewards Card PLUS an everyday fuel discount of 5¢ per gallon (or 10¢ per gallon on premium) when you use it to pay for your purchase at Kum & Go. The &Rewards Debit Card is linked directly to your checking account so you can carry one card that earns rewards and allows you to pay for your purchase. The &Rewards Debit Card is an ACH payment card that features PIN-authorized transactions to ensure security. Just use the card at any participating Kum & Go store to pay for your purchases and the amount is automatically deducted from your checking account within 2-5 business days. The transaction will also be reflected on your bank statement.
We are no longer accepting new applications for &Rewards Debit Cards.
We take the importance of securing your information very seriously. We use specific procedures, precautions and leading-security measures to protect your data, and we comply with all government and compliance regulations required around securing your information. We do not share any of your information with third-party companies not directly involved in processing your transactions.
From the start of your enrollment to all your future transactions your information is protected with industry-leading encrypted security measures. We restrict access to the data to only those with a direct need to support the transactions, customer service or collections operations. No personally identifiable payment information is stored on your &Rewards Debit Card, plus the ability to use it for payments is protected with the PIN you selected. See the cardholder agreement for more details.
Summary transaction information is shared with the rewards program administrator to ensure you are properly credited and/or rewarded for your purchases. We do not share your transaction information with any outside company for marketing purposes.
Yes, multiple cards can be linked to the same checking account. However, only one &Rewards Debit Card is allowed per &Rewards account. Multiple cards can be linked to the same checking account information, but each potential cardholder must sign up for their own card through their own &Rewards account with their own unique email address and driver's license number.
The &Rewards Debit Card works like any other PIN-based debit card you may have - just swipe the card at the pump or at the register inside and enter your USER ID/PIN to make a purchase. After your transaction at the store, the total purchase amount will be deducted from your linked checking account within 2-5 business days.
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network is a highly reliable and efficient nationwide batch-oriented electronic funds transfer system governed by the NACHA Operating Rules that provide for the interbank clearing of electronic payments for participating depository financial institutions. An ACH debit is also known as an electronic check transaction. Think of it as writing a check, but it happens electronically, that is why transactions take 2-5 business days to be deducted from your checking account.
No. The USER ID/PIN that you select can be any 4-digit number and does not have to be the same as the current PIN that you use with any of your existing ATM or bank cards. It is important to remember your PIN in order to use your &Rewards Debit Card as payment on your Kum & Go purchases.
There are no enrollment fees, annual fees, or finance fees associated with the &Rewards Debit Card. However, please remember that you must have funds available in your account to cover any purchases you make. The &Rewards Debit Card service charges as spelled out in the terms and conditions may apply if available funds are insufficient. Your bank does not charge for &Rewards Debit Card transactions. However, additional fees for insufficient funds may be charged by your bank if you do not have funds available to cover the purchase amount.
The transaction will be returned by your bank and your card will be put on hold until payment is received for the purchase. Returned transactions also result in the maximum return fee permissible by state law. This fee is separate from any fees that your bank may impose for returned transactions. If a returned transaction occurs, you will receive an email notification notifying you of a returned transaction due to non-sufficient funds and instructions on how to proceed.
There is a $150 per day limit as well as other spending limits in effect when paying for fuel at the pump or inside the store.
Typically, it can take 2-5 banking days for the purchase to settle to your checking account. However, processing times can vary, so please be sure to have funds available in your account when you make your purchase.
Yes, we will send you an email confirmation following each transaction to verify that a purchase was processed. Email confirmations are provided for your protection and convenience and are not a substitute for your point of sale receipt. Please make sure you keep your email address up to date in your &Rewards account so you continue to receive communications related to your &Rewards Debit Card.
Please call ZipLine customer service at 800-614-8792 as soon as you discover that your card is lost or stolen. We can easily deactivate the lost card.

No, you currently cannot get cash back with the &Rewards Debit card.
We are not currently accepting new applications for &Rewards debit cards, but current cardholders can continue to use their card at Kum & Go locations until further notice.
The red card is the &Rewards card and the gray card is the &Rewards debit card that is linked to your bank account. Both cards have the same base &Rewards features:
- Earn points on every qualifying purchase to be redeemed for free items or discounts
- Exclusive offers and sweepstakes
- Surprises you’ll love throughout the year
The gray card is the &Rewards Debit card. This card has all the same features as the red version but is linked to your checking account.
NOTE: &Rewards Debit Cards will only work for purchases at Kum & Go stores.
App & Web
What to expect: Beginning 3/27, you may be prompted to go to your device’s app store and update the app. If you have automatic updates turned on, the app will update when the new version is available.
Note: You will have to create a new password when you log in for the first time.
You can reset your Kum & Go password at any time in the Kum & Go app by selecting “Forgot password”
Your password must contain at least 1 of each of the following:
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters (ex. !@#)
- At least 8 characters in length
Mobile and web ordering has been turned off in the Kum & Go app and on the web effective 1/15/24.
Mobile Fuel Pay has been discontinued in the Kum & Go app, but you will continue to earn points on all fuel transactions by entering your phone number at the fuel pump. You will also enjoy two cents off per gallon of gas.
